Independent healthcare providers offer plenty of training opportunities for staff, contrary to perceptions that the career development of nurses may be hindered within the sector, a report has said.
Dispelling the Myths is based on case studies looking at education opportunities in the independent sector.
It is published by the Independent Healthcare Advisory Services, an organisation that provides the sector with information and advice on policy and regulation.
