Cognitive behavioural therapy is beneficial for adults with ADHD, according to a new study.
Researchers at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, looked at the effect of cognitive behavioural therapy on 86 adults with ADHD who also received medication.
It found those who had received the therapy showed greater improvement in symptoms over a 12 month period compared to patients who did not.
