Comment on: Back our fight to get nurses onto boards
Let me first say that the categories on registration form are limited and i don't really get paid in pounds in case that skews your data. However, it response to this initiative, A Seat on the Board, we need much more than that we need a VOTING seat on the Board. There are many VP of Nursing and Directors who sit on their respective Boards but hold NO voting power. Until nurses are given the same level of authority to vote as their male counterparts we will always take a back seat!
