Hi there i was wondering if anyone has any tips of getting a job in A and E? any courses that might help or anything. That is all i want to do after 3 hard years :)

I'd say it's best to go for any hospital job when you're starting out - learn the basics and then go for the a&e job. Whatever you do, you're going to learn a lot and I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

It's pretty much dead man's shoes here, ie you will not find a post anywhere, and will be up against hundreds of others if you do. My advice, get out to Australia or Canada, you'll have much better prospects.
