Continence advice service release pelvic floor guide for teenagers

The Association for Continence Advice (ACA) have released a new pelvic floor leaflet which is aimed specifically at informing teenagers on the topic.

The ‘Your Pelvic Floor’ leaflet has been launched for sale by the ACA to continence care organisations and professionals aimed specially at helping teenagers understanding and look after their pelvic floor.

The guide provides information on what the pelvic floor is and where it can be located, how to exercise the pelvic floor muscle and the advantages of doing this.

It also looks at what can weaken the pelvic floor and how teenagers can stop it happening.
