With my extensive experience, I combine my love of Dance and movement with health and work independently as a Lifestyle Nurse & Dance & Movement Specialist teaching and empowering healthcare professionals, Industry and patients on how to look after their bodies better with Pilates, Dance and Movement choices with a bias on holistic health, health promotion and Anatomy.
