Hi Derek,

You touched on issues of patient confidentiality in there.

I'm interested to know whether the US has what we in the UK describe as DNACPR Forms (instruments intended to prevent attempted cardiopulmonary resuscitation), and how they are designed to fit with the patient confidentiality concept, if the US has them ?
