Nurses win bursary to study the use of stoma products

Nurses at St Georges hospital, London have won a £5,000 bursary to study the use of accessory products in stoma care.

The team aim to identify if there is a consensus of opinion about how these products are used.

The results of the study will be presented at the World Council of Enterostomal Therapists Conference later this year.

The bursary is funded by Opus Healthcare, manufacturers of stoma products.
