A mouldable silicone sheet may encourage healing and reduce redness, itching and discomfort associated with a postoperative wound.
The silicone sheet, Lily-C, designed for use following a cesarean section, provides a protective barrier which closes the wound and hydrates skin helping to encourage healing.
The sheet is a layer of silicone measuring 5cms x 22cms and has an adhesive free lining allowing it to adhere to the skin without the use of adhesives or additional taping.
