Delegate registration is now open for the Association for Continence Advice (ACA) Annual Conference 2012.
The ACA Annual Conference 2012 - which will be held at the Hilton Metropole Hotel, Brighton on 14 and 15 May 2012 - includes sessions on ‘The Role of Conservative Therapies’ from Emily Nellist and ‘Implications for Nursing Practice’ by Daphne Colpman amongst this year’s programme.
The conference itself aims to contribute to the professional development of healthcare practitioners working with patients affected by continencesymptoms. Delivered through a combination of lectures and discussion with experts in the field, the conference provides attendees with an opportunity to take away new knowledge and understanding of working with patients affected by continence symptoms and gain an update on the latest practice guidance and the better management of continence issues.
In addition to the conference programme, a Urogynecology workshop is available prior to conference on Monday morning for those who arrive early.
For individuals who are unable to attend the full conference or would like to experience a ‘taster’ in continence education the ACA are also running a Care Home Workshop.
