A review into widening the access to NHS pensions is expected to recommend that all independent sector staff delivering NHS-funded work could be allowed to join the scheme.
The review group, which includes representatives from unions, NHS Employers, and the Department of Health, said there was a “coalition of the willing” to see the change brought in. Do you agree with this proposal? Would it make movement between the NHS and the private sector easier?
