I'm about to be banded down from a 3 to a 2 (don't ask) and I was wondering if anyone knew what the role differences between the to Bands are.
I work in Mental Health and the only difference I can think of is that Band 2's are not allowed to escort sectioned service users.
Does anyone know any others?
