Randstad Care wins BUPA nursing recruitment contract

Randstad Care, a leading recruitment specialist for the health and social care sectors, has won a contract to provide permanent nursing staff in the UK for BUPA.

Randstad Care is able to service the contract through its 25 regional offices and has nurse qualified consultants to interview candidates and assess clinical knowledge. The company is also Care Quality Commission registered.

Richard Smith, Director at Randstad Care, said: “This is a prestigious win for Randstad Care’s nursing division, which we secured because of our unparalleled service quality and the superior expertise and knowledge of our staff. We look forward to a long and successful partnership with BUPA.”

The partnership with BUPA follows on the back of other recent major client wins, including High Meadow Group, Castlebeck Care and Lifeline.

  • I've just stopped working for BUPA to go and work for NHS Direct, and I must say my 16 months experience working for BUPA wasn't great, they don't treat their staff very well, and patient care could be a lot better. BUPA is pretty tight with money, and it does affect the way patients are treated, and staff morale!

  • I lasted three months at BUPA. Poor pay and poor care. No respect for staff.
    Never again.
