Antidepressant dosage labelling warning
The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency has issued a warning over higher doses of an antidepressant being included in packs labelled as containing a lower dose.
Kent Pharmaceuticals Limited has recalled packs of 28 Citalopram 10mg tablets with the batch numbers IB10309, IB10409, IB10509 or IB10609.
The MHRA said this was because in a very small number of cases, 20mg blisters with the same batch number had been packed in 10mg cartons.
