The programme, run in conjunction with the Burdett Trust for Nursing, offers a year’s support to help 15 nurse-led teams develop, implement and evaluate innovations that improve patient care.
Funding of up to £3,000 is available for a twelve month period.
The closing date for applications is Friday 10 September.
