It’s time to start looking after nurses to boost care

Currently studying Nursing in the University of Malta , planning to hopefully get my degree this year :) I am very interested in complementary therapies especially in the geriatric field and in the condition of dementia. In fact, I am currently doing my dissertation on this subject. I also am very interested in communication in Nursing and I would like to work in a cardiac ward or in a geriatric ward once I graduate as a qualified nurse.
