Help us get your trust to support Speak Out Safely

  • Comment

Nurses can now encourage their trust or organisation to sign up to our Speak Out Safely campaign using an easily-downloadable letter template created by Nursing Times.

The Speak Out Safely campaign aims to make it easier for nurses to raise concerns about patient safety. This includes getting trusts to publicly pledge to support, protect and take seriously those who come forward with legitimate concerns.

We have created letter templates for you to write to your chief executive calling on them to support the aims of the campaign. There are two options for you to download – a letter worded from a group of people or a letter worded from an individual. It could not be easier.

Meanwhile, two more NHS organisations have declared their support for the campaign, both of which are GP-led commissioning groups located in the north west of England.

They are Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group and Eastern Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group.
