  • I would love to participate. Am student nurse on my first year. I just believe that to be able to help someone or give a patient advice I would have to an good example or a good role model. I've trying to lose weight for a while but I am obviously doing something wrong which is why my weight is being like a yo-yo.

  • I am also in my first year of nursing, I really need to loose the extra pounds that I gained at Uni, and I need to get fit!! I am on placement at the moment, it doesn't stop there I come home to housework and 3 kids so really need to get fit!! If I can do this it would be nice to pass on my knowledge of loosing weight and getting fit onto others that need it.

  • I am a mature nurse who qualified in 1984, apart from 3 episodes of maternity leave i have worked continuously in the nhs predominatley working night shifts. As I approach my 50th year, I am concerned about my level of fitness, my weight (too heavy) and my overall health and interested in in any way which to address this
