Call for evidence for NHS well-being review

  • Comment

An independent review into the health and well-being of the NHS Workforce has launched its ‘call for evidence’ today.

The Boorman review has been set up to investigate the health and well-being of NHS staff, and the way in which this is managed and can be improved.

It will produce a series of practical recommendations to improve health and well-being in the workforce across the NHS.

The reviewers want to see evidence of management approaches, policies and initiatives which have been effective in improving the health of the workforce and those which have failed.
