Nominate Macmillan nurses and teams for Macmillan Professionals Excellence Awards 2015

  • Comment

The Excellence Awards acknowledge and celebrate outstanding Macmillan professionals who go above and beyond to ensure that people affected by cancer receive the best information and support possible.

By nominating them for a Macmillan Professionals Excellence Award, you can make sure they get the recognition they deserve.  Nominations for the 2015 awards are now open, so please visit our website and submit your nominations by 31 March.

We’re looking for Macmillan professionals who have demonstrated a positive impact on the lives of people affected by cancer through exceptional leadership.

Up to three awards will be given in each of the four categories:

  • Service Improvement Excellence (individual award)
  • Innovation Excellence (individual award)
  • Integration Excellence (individual award)
  • Team Excellence (team award – the team must include at least one Macmillan professional)

All the winners selected by our judging panel will be invited to a high-profile ceremony on Thursday 5 November. We’ll also appoint up to three fellows from the people who receive individual awards, and present Henry Garnett Awards to those promoting and supporting Macmillan outside of their core role.

So if you know any inspirational Macmillan professionals, nominate them by 31 March 2015. To find out more and watch our short video, visit our website.
