Continence charity publishes new booklet on dealing with the condition

  • Comment

To help encourage people to seek the help they need and get access to the treatments that will change their lives, a continence charity has launched a new booklet entitled ‘Facing up to Incontinence.’

According to people living with the condition, embarrassment is the biggest barrier preventing them from seeking treatment.

The booklet was created by the Bladder and Bowel Foundation (B&BF), a UK-wide charity that provides information and advice on a range of symptoms and conditions related to the bladder and bowel.

It tells the stories of different people who have faced up to continence problems and successfully sought treatment - many of them changing their lives forever.

For a free copy of the booklet call 01923 202523 or visit bladderandbowelfoundation.org to register online as a health professional supporter and download this booklet and all B&BF’s other educational resources and information.
