The Care Quality Commission has lifted conditions it imposed on Luton and Dunstable Foundation Trust’s licence to operate after it addressed concerns linked to its clinical governance arrangements for infection prevention and control.
The trust had also had conditions imposed relating to its use of agency and bank nursing staff, which were lifted in April.
