Patient safety congress and awards

At the Congress this year over 1000 commissioners and care providers:

  • Used their initiative and expertise to problem solve, rather than waiting for someone else to take charge
  • Believed in the importance of listening to patients and ensuring they are heard across services
  • Took two days to refresh and renew their focus on how to ensure the safety of the services they commission and provide
