They should not be allowed to refuse external audit. They take money from the public which is what we all are. They should therefore be open to public scrutiny about how their Finances are conducted.

    NMC - something to hide???

Utterly fed up with the MNMC and their antics. I agree that there should be some kind of complaints triage and hand back to local managers thiose misdemeanors that shuold be handled locally and stop farming out their job. I also agree wholeheartedly thatthe NMC cannot defend thier position of a very expensive London base and all the overheads that go with that. If moving to Manchester / else where is good enough for the BBC its good enough for them. They should be investigated for their monopoly position with regard to our fees. And lastly, if the RCN won't defend me then I will withdraw my subscription from them to put towards the increased registration fee. Tired of being taken for a ride whilst the RCN look on and the NMC turn a deaf ear.

That would leave 'them' standing in the corridors with their mouths flapping open!

i am long since of the opinion - as a dog person - that cats regard us as staff at best and lower beings on an everyday basis.

    are we missing something here?
