maybe the nmc should think of moving out of london to a cheaper building elsewhere.soon nurses will be priced out of a job if fees keep on rising.at least Dick Turpin wore a mask.

they will be pricing nurses out of a job.maybe its time another nursing regulater was found.or the nmc should downsize to a smaller building.make cuts there .and let us do our jobs without fear of financial hardship this proposed increase will bring.

the goverment just dont care.i too am at the top of my pay band[5]. i am having to work regular overtime just to make ends meet.if a genaral strike is called i will be in front waving my banner.whether a strike will make a differance remains to be seen.

this is why i do opd,for years i did bank/agency work as i couldnt cope with internal rotation.for me nights are terrible as i could not sleep during the day,i was lucky if i slept for four hours.now i work monday to friday only.friday being a half day.i get to have a life outside work.being childfree i can go to motorbike rallies with my husband and freinds.or fitness classes .whatever i want to do.it is selfish expecting nurses with no kids to do constant weekends or nights.personally so called family friendly nursing doesnt exist.for thoses nurses who are childfree.
