'Laugier-Hunziker'

This 10 year-old patient presented with recurrent pigmentation of the lower lip and gums.

He was otherwise asymptomatic. The probable diagnosis is Laugier-Hunziker syndrome, a condition that causes melanosis in the oral mucosa and inguinal region.
