Looking after someone with cancer can impact a person’s health, mental well-being, working life and relationships. Nearly 1.5million people in the UK support a loved one with cancer. Half don’t get any support and many don’t recognise themselves as carers.

An e-learning module for healthcare professionals is available which contains learning modules on the number and experiences of cancer carers in the UK, tips on identifying carers, overcoming barriers and where to direct carers for support.
