walking month MACMILLAN USE ONLY
As you may know, walking is one of the safest and easiest ways for a person to become more active both during and after most types of cancer treatment. As well as the physical benefits of walking, many people enjoy the social aspect and general wellbeing it brings. Deb, diagnosed with breast cancer, found that ‘after a walk, I have more energy and feel more positive’. Watch Deb’s video.
