We’re working with Lloyds Bank to help their customers receive support and make informed financial decisions following a cancer diagnosis.
After Tracy (pictured above) was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, she contacted the Macmillan Support Line. The financial guidance team was able to give her support around her finances, and because she is also a Lloyds Bank customer, they referred her to the new Cancer Support Team at Lloyds Bank.
The Cancer Support Service has a dedicated team who have been trained by Macmillan so that they understand the financial impact of cancer. They can provide bespoke, specialist support for personal banking, savings, loans, mortgages and credit cards to Lloyds Bank customers who are affected by cancer.
Let the people you support know that Macmillan offers financial support and guidance covering a range of needs, and that Lloyds Bank customers can also access the Cancer Support Team. Simply ask them to call the Macmillan Support Line (0808 808 00 00) to see if they can benefit from this new service.
