Macmillan offers grants which are small, mostly one-off payments to help people with the extra costs that cancer can cause. Macmillan grants are for people who have a low level of income and savings, and they help to pay for essentials such as heating or clothing. The amount a person may be able to get will depend on their situation and needs.

In 2017, Macmillan helped 36,000 people living with cancer and distributed £13.9 million in grants, which was 1,300 more people than in 2016.
