Ever wondered how cancers are diagnosed at a GP practice?

The National Cancer Diagnosis Audit (NCDA) – a partnership project supported by Macmillan, Cancer Research UK, Public Health England, NHS England and the RCGP – collects data on pathways to cancer diagnosis through primary care.

The audit helps GP practices evidence good practice and identify diagnostic challenges for targeted quality improvement. The NCDA enters its second round this year, and registration for practices in England is set to open from February 2019, with Scotland and Wales following later in the year.
