The group travelled to Belfast to hear about Transforming Cancer Follow-Up, a programme funded by Macmillan Cancer Support which challenges the traditional ‘one size fits all’ approach based around routine hospital follow-up.

The trip was organised by colleagues on Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board’s Transforming Cancer Services Together programme, which has been set up to improve cancer services in North Wales and which is also funded by Macmillan.
