The shortlist for the Student Nursing Times Awards 2019 has been announced following a record-breaking year for entries.
Our annual ceremony brings together the student nursing community to shine a light on the brightest talent making their way into the profession and the organisations that support them.
The 2019 event will celebrate the achievements of student nurses, mentors, educators, universities and organisations in a glittering event on Friday, 26 April. It will be held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in Park Lane, London from 12pm until 4.30pm.
In addition to celebrating the work of those who have been shortlisted, student attendees will also be given the opportunity to network with high-level nurses and meet potential employers to open up career opportunities for the future.
Our awards also allow students to celebrate the culmination of their student training with family and friends at a glamorous ceremony.
Those who attend the event will also hear from the most senior nurses in the profession. Past speakers have included the chief nursing officer for England and the chief executive of the Royal College of Nursing.
The full list of those shortlisted for the 21 different categories for this year’s awards can be accessed here.
