Charity seeks nurse to support child on transatlantic flight

A London-based charity that helps children suffering from cancer and other life-threatening illnesses is seeking a nurse to travel to the US in late July.

Camp Simcha needs a qualified tracheostomy nurse to fly with one of the children attending the summer camp programme it runs each year.

The nurse would need to fly from London to Newark as part of the charity’s group on 28 July and return back with the group on 9 August.

At Newark Airport, the charity’s medical team would take over care of the child.

The nurse would have her plane ticket paid for and receive spending money.

Please email zfinn@chailifeline.org if you might be able to help.

  • Hmm, free holiday? I wonder how many will sign up out of the 'goodness' of their hearts?

    Maybe I'm just cynical.
