from Anonymous | 24-Apr-2012 12:28 pm I meant to add at the end of my comment above that if a nurse does not communicate effectively and build effective therapeutic relationships and good interpersonal relationships with others they are working with they will also derive very poor job satisfaction. It is up to each and everyone to reach out to others with good communications skills which build bridges between them and keep everybody concerned well informed and updated and to receive feedback as well.
