Is nursing really easier than being a shop manager?

Comment

I don't think anyone would deny nursing a graduate entry system to put us in line with other professions. But as figures released recently drop out from student nurses is costing around £108 million! OK some may be that the student is unable to complete the course maybe from personal problems or just that they are unable to fulfill that which is expected of them. My great concern is that are our students becoming disillusioned that they are leaving? As has been said, many times, that along side other graduate professions nursing is seen as a smaller and less worthy profession.
