Nurses will be able to prescribe unlicensed medicines

Alot of work and effort within the training is required when all we are doing is taking more work off doctors and making life easier for them. Seems a little odd to me. I can see that we are benefitting the patient but where is the nurses rognition in this? Are we allowing doctors to stay put in their surgeries? when they hardly see the ill patient for home visits as it is. No i'm not convinced its obviously another way for the government to give more work to nurses and create less work for gps so that they can't ask for increase in salaries. well i'm sorry about that its a little too late for their blunder back in 2004/5. Nurses seem to be taking on more and more why can't they see that the government are very manipulative. Nurse independent prescribing is another way to cost save for themselves.
