Labour's election manifesto promises 'personal, accountable and tailored' NHS

All sound very laudible, but why hasn't that been their plan all along? It's based on reactive management as opposed to proactive - which is what they promised last time. And if you believe that the management tiers will be reduced then you must be totally blinkered or just too stubborn to vote for any other party even if they promised the same. It's time these numpties were shown the door after 12 years in power. You can't keep using the past performance of the Tories as an excuse for not considering them. I'm not voting Tory myself; UKIP wants to stop the strangulation of the UK by Brussels, and the corruptness of the EU is worse than our own MPs.
