Avoidable overnight stays cost NHS £330m a year

"We need a more integrated approach to NHS care". What does this mean? The 4 Hour target is about to be dropped - because of the cost agenda, more waiting time in A&E will mean less people turning up to be seen with minor ailments, but will likely have a knock on effect of reducing quality of care to those who need to be there, because there will be a loss of focus on Emergency Care.
