this is just the problem, even if you know you have done your very best and followed everything to the letter, you only judged as good as the rest of the bad eggs in the team. Your hands are often tied behind your back leaving you without power to make any changes. You voice your opinions, and try using influence, but you can never force another, who is unwilling, to listen!
