'The opportunity to regulate HCAs must not be missed'

Don't be too quick to tar all H.C.A's with the same brush. Most HCA's that i work with are very concientious and hard working but as in any work place there are always some who do not toe the line and has for hygiene this is one of the main areas that we are constantly being reminded about and that is all nursing staff. My colleagues would welcome registration. I has an HCA take pride in my training and roll and like to think i am as professional as my registered colleagues are.
