Anonymous | 19-Mar-2013 11:06 am i'm afraid that they don't have to listen to you when you complain about staffing levels, because there are no compulsory minimum levels with which they must comply. that's the point. Anonymous | 19-Mar-2013 12:34 pm is right. you will continue saying the same old thing over and over again until that changes. i think that it would be better to take action similar to that in australia, than to keep on complaining to people who don't listen.
