Slightly uncomfortable shoes can cause bad headaches especially when on a busy shift at work. Then changing to more comfortable shoes relieves certain pressure points on your feet and removes that cause of headaches at work. Pain management should be approached holistically. A bored, tired, hungry, thirsty, unwell and anxious person is more likely to feel pain than someone who isn't.
