Three-quarters of nurses missing out on tax relief


3.23pm above. Sorry you are wrong, I get a form through the post and by email by my union - the GMB - about tax relief. Maybe you should join a REAL union and not a royal college. But | agree with your sentiment that everyone just wants to take from nurses. With MP's looking for an extra £6k per year plus benefits, they should not be happy to lay back and let us take the blame for the state of the NHS. I would walk away from nursing and the awful NMC/6C's/complaining patients' relatives/ridiculously high expectations of a group of people that earn mostly between £21-26k per year; tomorrow if I could.
