Empowering nurses, frontline staff, patients and relatives

Poor NT editing notwithstanding, ("mangers", really?) good article, and I so agree with Tink. WE are the NHS. One point I would like to pick up on, is the fear factor. We have got to train, educate, enable, empower (or whatever we want to call it) our student nurses in uni and our qualified nurses in every workplace, to challenge effectively. It is much more difficult to bully a confident and articulate workforce. The benefits would be immeasurable.
