Your mentor is putting a patient at risk - what do you do?

I would feign ignorance around correct SC technique and ask her how she knows how to do it correctly. I'd get her to demonstrate to me how to do is so I know how to do it properly. In an ideal world she would recognise her own mistakes and this would improve things. If she didn't then I would mention to her about the way we were taught at Uni and see if I could demonstrate proper technique.
