More Bridgend nurses suspended over false records allegations

The trouble is that some NHS Trusts are papering over the cracks to appear compliant. Therefore things that should be an immediate disciplinary procedure such as falsifying notes (surely a NMC code of practice), are being 'controlled' locally for the sake of not jeopardising Foundation status or achieving other targets. I for one, have been told that my standards are 'too high'. This makes my blood boil.. if my standards are too high then what standards do the Managers think are acceptable?? Any profession can become corrupt and things then escalate.. the trouble also is that, just like those city bankers et al, the NHS management are allowed to leave, get promoted before the s*** hits the proverbial.. the people left behind have to deal with the consequences.
