Norfolk trust hopes to attract 100 nurses with 'recruitment car'

Nurses will be motivated to work in any NHS hospital once the ratio becomes 1:4, 1 Nurse for 4 patients. This will give Nurses a chance to use the toilet prn, eat lunch or have a proper uninterrupted break and formulate care plans and carry out nursing tasks without any error or near misses. There will be no complaints from patients and relatives and NHS will not suffer from Nurses shortage anymore. Simple! With the current workload of 1:8 to 1:14 is dangerous. I hope some NMC staff would see these overworked Nurses in hospital and realize what Nurses has to put up to.
