Loss of nurses from register 'in line with revalidation expectations'

If I didn't have to work for the next 3 years I wouldn't be revalidating anyway. The fact my knowledge and skill base are as good if not better than they have ever been and the loss of my experience and those like me is something Nursing leaders should be very worried about. I do not need revalidation to show I am a safe practitioner. An effective disciplinary process should do that.
