Latest pay settlement revealed for NHS nurses in Scotland

Comment

Renting a property because I can't afford to buy - with a 12.5% increase in Council Tax, on said property. No insulation in house - heated by LPG Gas -Rural LPG prices that are higher because I rent on a short term let. Working 3 weekends most months. No regular work for partner, - getting by -surviving (?) on Child allowance. No savings. A 1 week family holiday each year (a struggle) in a caravan. - How much longer can we stay as a family unit/survive - this is what I ask myself each month. This is what is happening in my world, and I have no doubt there are other medics in a worse position - Its not as if we haven't tried to change things - with 3 degrees and then we get this yearly news of our pay settlement. How do you suggest we survive ?
